Terms of Service
Payment - Listed prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of a design or to add additional characters or elements. You will receive an invoice for the final total of your purchase. Full payment is due upfront before work starts on the piece. Currently I only have PayPal set up, but am open to using different platforms upon request.
Process and Communication - I work on commissions Monday through Friday. Commissions generally take a week to complete, but may take longer. If delays occur I will inform you and work to complete them in a timely manner. Please allow for several hours to a day for responses and updates. I will check in several times as needed throughout the sketch phase, line art phase, and coloring phase for feedback and edits. Refer to the specific number of edits allowed with each commission tier, these are general guidelines and if you need an edit or two more or less that's perfectly fine.
Please feel free to ask for additional updates, but understand that I am not available at all hours, and as stated, may not respond immediately. Final digital art is done at 300 dpi or higher and will be sent via a Dropbox link.
Refunds - Refunds are available up until the final phase of the commission (Lining or Coloring, depending on if a lined or colored piece has been purchased) Past this point, I am not able to offer a refund, as the work is largely complete. However, I reserve the right to refuse and refund a commission at any time.
Rights and Usage - All of my commissions are created under a non-commercial license. You are free to post, adapt, or remix the art received non-commercially. Please consider attributing me if or when posting the art to social media. I retain the right to post commissioned art for promotional purposes (such as to social media, or as a part of a portfolio.)
Commissioned art is not to be used in any association with NFTs, Blockchains (or services using or associated with blockchain technology), or in association with cryptocurrency in general. What qualifies as NFTs, Blockchains (or services using or associated with blockchain technology), or an association with cryptocurrency in general is up to my discretion.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms and to the usage outlined here.
If you would like different licensing options, please let me know.
